前言
这篇是美研EE申请信息汇总，我们详细罗列了各个项目的关键信息。中文互联网上的项目信息常常会有错误，为了获取最准确的信息，还请大家自己根据官网信息逐项检查。即使有中介替你选校，也有必要根据官网检查下自己的材料提交情况以及文书写作方向。
由于PhD情况比较复杂，这里只介绍笔者们接触最多的Master。在项目信息搜集的过程中，我们去掉了ee专业排名五十以内、但综排不太行的学校。因为在bar与其差不多的学校中，这些学校的找工性价比过低，几乎没有选择这些项目的必要。而bar和综合排名更低的学校往往参考信息过于模糊，无法找到可信的数据，所以略去不表。
在具体介绍各个项目前，还请大家需要注意几点：
一：关于选校
1、申请前请仔细查阅官网，了解这个项目是research向还是找工向，如果找工向的话，地理位置or找工氛围一定是重中之重（具体想见今日的第二篇推送），research向的项目就要看这个项目师生比、以及MS学生的科研氛围（可以在项目官网、LinkedIn找到在读学生）。
2、如果考虑转码的同学，请务必了解清楚项目的课程设置。比如想要转码，却去了USC MSEE学电路设计就属于走偏了；而DUKE Meng ECE就是转码神器，加州系的学校有不少非常适合转码，而且因为是公立学校还便宜。
3、某些中介会选项目里容易录取的track，所以如果是中介帮你选校，最好自己先查一下，不然读了自己完全不感兴趣的track也很难受。需要注意的是，某些中介为了刷offer，会帮你申一些槽点很多的项目，一定要注意分辨，不然等到开学后悔就来不及了。
4、地理位置好的地方：加州旧金山湾区（地中海气候，非常宜人）以及洛杉矶附近，德克萨斯州（高科技企业持续迁入，性价比高，找工方便），东海岸纽约波士顿附近，西雅图（特别提醒：西雅图的名牌大学只有UW，其他学校都不咋出名，而工作机会多，所以竞争相对不激烈）。
5、对于互联网上鼓吹某个学校是神校的信息保持警惕（比如SJSU被捧为硅谷神校，坐落在硅谷中的学校，但其校友网全是印度人….我们不否认此类项目的帮助作用，但是因人而异，对别人有用的神校，可能就是你的地雷）。
6、转专业的同学请注意一下项目的先修课要求，虽然美国学校对于转专业申请比欧洲学校宽容很多，但有些先修课可能也是必要的。如果不满足先修课要求，建议找对转专业友好的项目。
7、本科EE出身的同学也可以混申MIS、CS甚至其他交叉专业。请不要自我设限。
二：语言成绩
1、各个项目的语言成绩要求形式不一，有的学校明面上写着90，但没到100的很有可能会直接pass（比如布朗大学暗中卡105，直接通过申请系统筛）；有的学校虽然要求100，但99，98这种擦边成绩可以接受。如果大家对于自己的语言成绩存有疑惑，建议发邮件问一下项目秘书（联系方式找官网的“Contact”模块）。一般来说，常春藤学校对于语言成绩要求都较为严格，没有妥协的余地。
2、GRE绝大多数学校没有设置最低门槛，也有很大比例学校是选择性提交的。疫情爆发之后，GRE的重要性逐渐降低，如果大家执意刷分的话，建议先考虑下是否值得。
三：Admission Process
1、尽早申请，很多学校采取的是先到先得的rolling制（然而有些学校却不明确标出来…），所以这种项目申请地越早就越有优势。
2、文书注意贴合项目偏好，各个项目都会列出本项目希望培养什么的学生，偏向哪些领域和职业方向。所以，在写Why school的时候一定要好好看看学校网站，千万不要直接拿模板生搬硬套！（和其他申请者写重了就很尴尬，有些无良中介确实会直接用模板）
3、有部分学校除了要一份传统意义上的以motivation为主旨的PS（个人陈述: Personal Statement）或者SoP（目的陈述: Statement of Purpose）之外，还需要一份个人经历陈述 （Personal History Statement）。Personal History Statement侧重于发现申请者的Diversity and Broader Impact。
4、文书是申请者体现Diversity和Leadership的好机会，如果能在Diversity上面体现出亮点，将会是巨大的加分项。因此，建议不要直接照搬、改写学长学姐的文书，毕竟经历和个人特点是不可复制的。
5：有些项目会列出录取学生的平均GPA、语言成绩以及工作年限，这是一个了解项目bar的好机会。除此以外，也可以去学院网站里看看在读学生的情况，直接了解项目的偏好、录取情况和就业方向。
